If so, what were these experiences and what did you learn? KEY FACTORS STRENGTH SUPPORTING EVIDENCE RELOCATING TO NEW CLUB TAKING ON A NEW ROLE PPP (STRONG POSITIVE) "I took some calculated risks moving around but it was key to my development… went to Tobiano which allowed me to try something new…I was given an opportunity and I learned a lot about myself" --- Miles Mortensen "The move to Capilano was big…they allowed me to try some new things…I was willing to fail...but the new PO system worked out" --- Dave Zibrik "Moving from where I was comfortable to a new club in O awa exposed to a fantas c mentor who introduced me to advanced teaching concepts that I s ll use today.
