PGA OF CANADA - HIRING PRACTICES OF A PGA OF CANADA PROFESSIONAL | 9 Core objectives for the research included the following: 1. What are PGA of Canada Professionals looking for when they are hiring junior and senior-level pros? 2. What are the key skill sets needed for the job? 3. Where are the "gaps" between what is available and what is needed? 4. What is the right blend of education and experience and how important is each? 5. How important is a candidate's level of play?
