REASON (FROM QUESTION 6) DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES BECOMING COMPLACENT, STOP LEARNING AND DEVELOPING "Volunteer for various club events that you know nothing about…once you get your Class "A" volunteer for a PGA zone board" --- Dus n Kerr-Taylor "Early in your career during the off-season get a job at a good company like the Four Seasons and take advantage of their customer service training…don't worry about how much you're making…the experience will help your career" --- Dave Zibrik "Find someone who will help you build and support a professional development plan…and follow through with it…the best professionals consistently dedicate their own me and money to their professional development" --- Cory Kartusch "Find the best pro out there and develop a mentoring rela onship with them…working around the best people in the best clubs you're bound to learn" ---- Dean Manz LACKING PRESENCE AND INABILITY TO BUILD RELATIONSHIPS "U lize every lesson opportunity to build deeper rela onships with your members…be deliberate and get to know them one-on-one…this will also help to raise your profile / status in the club.
