The following tables summarize the 10 in-depth interviews conducted
during the research.
Each table corresponds to a par cular ques on that all respondents were
asked. Guided by standard qualita ve data analysis methodology, the author:
Transcribed and then reviewed the transcripts
from all the interviews to iden fy common themes
in the responses to each ques on.
Iden fied the 'strength' of each theme (ex: a 'strong'
theme was a comment or thought that was repeated
by most of the interviewees; these themes have been
highlighted in the table with the symbol "PPP").
Selected a couple of quotes per theme to
provide a real-life context for the theme as
expressed by the interviewees.
Selected the strongest themes for each
ques on to keep the report's size manageable.
Reviewed and validated all themes, as well as
obtained authoriza on to use quotes from the 10
Head Professionals who were interviewed.
Readers are encouraged to review the responses to each ques on in
the tables below. Implica ons of these results will be discussed in the
Conclusions and Recommenda ons sec ons of the report.
