CONFIDENCE Overall, the research indicates marke ng is a low-confidence role across the board. PGA of Canada respondents showed higher confidence in selling products and services, as well managing the cus- tomer experience. The research suggests an opportunity is at hand to provide more specialized resources to PGA of Canada looking to gain a higher confidence and competence in marke ng roles.
