The range will open each day at 60 minutes prior to the start times. Club storage: To help with transportation between the Fairmont and Mid Ocean, there will be club storage available at Mid Ocean each day Dinners & Receptions: Oct. 25: 7:15 p.m.— Welcome to Bermuda at the private Fairmont Southampton beach. Oct. 26: 7 p.m cocktails; 8 p.m. dinner— Opening night reception at the Waterlot. Oct. 27: 8 p.m.— Baseball themed dinner at the Fairmont Mid-Ocean Amphitheatre Oct. 28: 7 p.m.— Taste of Bermuda at the Fairmont Dress Code: All competitors are able to wear shorts throughout the championship at their discretion. For all functions, there will not be anything formal. Everyone should feel relaxed and comfortable, so dress respectfully casual on Oct. 25th and Oct. 27. For the dinner at The Waterlot on the 26th, dress modern casual (golf shirt/pants or button-up shirt and jeans) is recommended. Carts: As the carts are being setup for each team, caddies are prohibited from riding on carts throughout the week, but are welcome to walk. Live Scoring: There will not be any on-course scor- ing for round 1. However, for rounds 2 and 3, the top 10 teams (five foursomes) will be provided with a mobile scoring device to enter scores after each hole.
