ABOUT THE AUTHOR Tim Robinson is a leadership and organiza onal development consultant that has over 25 years of experience researching, designing, and facilita ng the growth of high performing individuals and teams. Prior to consul ng, Tim was a senior Human Resources leader at a large Canadian crown corpora on (pop. 65,000) where he held progressively more responsible posi ons culmina ng in having stewardship for the corpora on's overall talent management and leadership development func ons. Tim has also worked in Canada's na onal sport system where he directed the development and implementa on of a na onal coaching cer fica on program. During this period, he worked to iden fy and develop some of Canada's top na onal and interna onal sport coaches. Tim is the author of the PGA of Canada's recently released Career Mapping study on Head Golf Professionals and the Professional Development Series on leading high performing teams. He holds a Ph.D. in Educa on from the University of O awa and a Masters in Sport Psychology from Western University.
