ing aspiring Teaching Professionals accelerate their careers, as well as help to guide the
educa onal programming of the PGA of Canada.
The survey and interview results have indeed found consistent pa erns in the ways
successful Head Teaching Professionals have navigated through their careers.
The following sec on draws almost exclusively from the 10 interviews conducted and
highlights five career-accelera on strategies which emerged from these conversa ons.
