13 The survey results describe key elements of Canadian Head Teaching Professionals' career history such as: where they worked, at what age did they acquire their first Head Teaching Professional role, their salary progression, and educa onal background. These insights will be combined with the inter- view results to inform the recommenda ons outlined in Sec on 7. PROFILE OF RESPONDENTS - 74 individuals completed the online survey. This represents nearly 55 % of all Head Teaching Professionals associated within the PGA of Canada. As reflected by the percentages below, the professionals who responded were a mature and extremely experienced group: 65 % Have been working in the golf industry for more than 20 years 0% 100% 40 % Have 10 or more years of experience as a Head Teaching Professional 0% 100% 70 % Have been a Head Teaching Professional for more than 6 years 0% 100% 50 % Currently work at a private or semi-private club while 25 % are employed in a public facility 0% 100% 60 % Have worked at a private, semi-private, or public club/facility at some point during their career 0% 100% 90 % Currently employed in an urban club / facility 0% 100% THE RESULTS
